Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits) to meet business requirements.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to reduce costs.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards in Workday for insights and decision support.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and changes.
  • Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support system implementations and integration with existing operations.
  • Create functional specs and process diagrams for future reference.
  • Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
