Job summary

Headway, a leading mental healthcare platform in the US, is expanding its IT Engineering team to keep our three office networks and conference room AV running smoothly. This role focuses on ownership of network health, escalation handling, and building automation.

You’ll move between people and systems, turning help desk learnings into runbooks and proactive alerts across all offices, while designing scalable IT solutions for a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting corporate IT networks and infrastructure.
• Experience with conference room AV systems and room booking tech.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the escalation end of the IT service desk and drive permanent solutions.
• Own networking and conference room AV across Headway offices.
• Develop proactive IT reports, alerts, and runbooks for scalable operations.
