Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a IT specialist to maintain applications and infrastructure, analyze data, and ensure quality across the technology stack. You will work with stakeholders, estimate work, and support multiple IT functions while aligning with security standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience. This is a hybrid position with onsite locations and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for Pathward’s technologies and recommends improvements.
• Works with stakeholders to collect data and develop a view of product performance.
• Contributes to estimates and delivers against them.
• Assists other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
• Evaluates new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies to stay current.
• Ensures the quality of applications and/or infrastructure through testing and IT standards.
• Builds test data necessary to perform the tests.
• Ensures applications/infrastructure meet security standards as defined by IT.
• Identifies and reports risks to technologies.
• Understands the data as part of the technologies being supported.
• Maintains documented processes, best practices and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
