About the role

As a key member of the IT Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise applications and providing innovative solutions to business challenges through automation. As an IT Engineer I you will be involved in managing user devices, analyzing, installing, modifying, and supporting operating systems and enterprise software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of IT systems within the organization.

Work Location

This position is based in our Los Angeles, CA office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

The base pay for this role is: $101,844.00 - $133,670.25 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
