Job summary

Reach Security seeks a Senior IT Engineer to oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security across the organization. This role involves managing cloud services, providing IT support, and enhancing IT systems with strong documentation.

You will be pivotal in supporting a dynamic team by ensuring reliable technology and assistance for their roles, contributing to continuous IT process improvements and effective resource management.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in IT support/administration.
• Proficient with MacOS and Windows.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 account and email management.
• Direct experience deploying and maintaining device management solutions such as Intune.

Responsibilities

• Work globally across the company as the primary IT contact.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services (Google, Atlassian, Microsoft).
• Recommend improvements for the organization’s IT systems.
• Implement enhancements or modifications to IT tools and processes.
• Provide IT support to remote employees.
• Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network, and services.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding IT processes.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
• Engage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing efforts.
• Support in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management.
• Manage patch management for remote devices.
