ElevenLabs is seeking a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office for a hybrid role—four days on-site and one day working from home. You will support device lifecycle, AV setups, onboarding, and IT projects, while building automations and Slack bots to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

About the role

We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.

What You'll Do

• Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
• Office IT support: provide on‑hand support to our colleagues in our London office
• AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
• End‑user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
• New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
• Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides

What you bring
