Perplexity is seeking an IT Engineer at its San Francisco office. You will join a small, fast-moving IT team to build automations and provide day-to-day support across hardware, accounts, and SaaS apps.

You will use AI tooling daily to optimize workflows, tune our ticketing system, and promote self-service. The role covers endpoint management, IAM, and IT backend projects in a hybrid, office-based environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in IT help desk and systems administration.
• Experience with macOS and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, ideally Okta Workflows
• Experience using AI coding tools and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with MDM like Iru or Intune is a plus.
• A methodical approach to root-cause troubleshooting and strong interest in automating away repetitive tasks.
• Clear, friendly communication and enjoyment in helping people.

This role is hybrid at our San Francisco office.
