What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service for desktop, peripheral, and Audio-Visual support, particularly in Microsoft Teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 desktop issues, including application errors and peripheral support
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for employees
- Document and track incidents and service requests using the ticketing system (Service Now)
- Assist with network deployments and maintain IT documentation and training guides
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues in an Enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory concepts for user account management
- Experience with MS Office product suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Physical capability to consistently lift 50 lbs without assistance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of IT security and best practices
- Basic familiarity with ITIL Incident Management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience managing MDM platforms (Skyline, Intune, Apple Business Manager)
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, AWS, CompTIA A+, Google IT, or Microsoft 365
