Job summary

Valley Youth House is seeking an IT Enablement & Logistics Lead to author and deliver training on how to use technology across the organization. You will also support staff onboarding with IT onboarding sessions and coordinate with vendors for procurement and pricing.

The role involves managing device inventories and providing monthly financial reports, ensuring secure and efficient IT operations for the agency.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, English or similar discipline.
• Ability to use office suite applications and familiarity with some desktop publishing or graphic design software e.g. Canva to create engaging publications and media.

Responsibilities

• Author and present trainings and micro-trainings to enhance efficient use of technology across the organization.
• Provide onboarding support for staff, delivering IT NEO presentations and onboarding orientations.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist procurement, linking vendors with opportunities to partner with VYH Advancement, negotiating pricing and vendor selection.
• Manage the inventory databases for agency cellular and endpoint devices, preparing monthly reports to Finance.

Essential Functions of theIT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

• Author and present trainings and "micro" trainings enhancing efficiency use of technology throughout the organization. These trainings will include both in person instruction and recorded a/v presentations.
• Provide direct support for onboarding staff delivering both IT NEO presentations and individual technology onboarding orientations.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in effective procurement, linking vendors to opportunities to partner with VYH Advancement, negotiating pricing and vendor selection.
• Manage the inventory databases for agency cellular and endpoint devices, preparing monthly report out to Finance.

Minimum Qualifications of theIT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

Physical Requirements for the IT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
• Able to climb in and out of vehicle multiple times per day.
• Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary.
• Reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working on a computer | lift 30 lbs repeatedly.
