Salary$119,000 - $140,000depending on experience

Remote Position: available for candidates residing in *PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA

Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.

*Location requirements not applicable to current employees operating under the legal entity of Merakey-USA.

Position Details:

The Director of Enterprise Applications Program Management & Configuration plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise application programs and system configurations across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring enterprise applications align with business strategies, enhance operational efficiencies, and support digital transformation initiatives. By collaborating closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams, the director establishes governance frameworks, ensures compliance, and drives process improvements that maximize the value of enterprise applications.

A significant aspect of this role involves the integration and implementation of enterprise applications for clinical programs and divisions. The director ensures that clinical applications are effectively designed, configured, and tested to meet regulatory and operational standards. By working closely with clinical leadership, IT, and business units, this role ensures that system implementations enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency within healthcare operations. Additionally, this role works closely with the IT Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee the planning, execution, and governance of clinical application implementations, ensuring alignment with broader IT and business strategies.

By developing structured change management processes, optimizing system configurations, and ensuring that enterprise applications meet evolving business requirements, this position plays a vital role in shaping the organization's digital infrastructure. The director also champions user engagement and adoption strategies, ensuring that employees across departments can effectively leverage enterprise applications to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), IT service management (ITIL), or enterprise application platforms preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications management, IT program management, or business process configuration.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing enterprise-level IT programs, system implementations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in application configuration, change management, and system optimization.
  • Strong background in application implementations for clinical programs and divisions, including system design, configuration, and testing.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in enterprise application platforms (ERP, CRM, EHR, and other business applications).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
  • Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in clinical application implementations and workflows within healthcare and related industries.

Leadership and Collaboration Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and manage large-scale IT programs and projects with a focus on efficiency and business alignment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in working across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to mentor and develop teams in enterprise applications strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
