Job summary

Capax RM in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an IT Director to own the technology function and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strategy across the organisation. You will manage BC, infrastructure, cybersecurity, integrations, reporting and IT strategy, partnering with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations to drive meaningful improvements as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Industry experience in food & beverage, manufacturing, distribution.
• Understanding of ERP processes: Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Supply Chain.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and related technologies.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity and business continuity.
• Strong vendor, project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the IT strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead the Dynamics 365 BC environment and upgrades.
• Drive integrations and optimisation projects for BC.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Oversee infrastructure, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage ERP integrations with EDI, manufacturing, and third-party systems.
• Improve reporting and analytics with BC and Power BI.
• Manage IT budgets, licensing, vendor contracts.
