Job summary

Continuum Powders is seeking a senior IT leader to own the multi-year IT roadmap, budget, and governance, translating complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic programs. You will oversee ERP platforms and vendor partnerships, serving as the senior technology advisor to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with team leadership and budgets.
• Hands-on experience leading a CMMC, NIST 800-171, or equivalent compliance program in a defense-adjacent or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Real ownership of an ERP platform (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the company's multi-year IT roadmap, budget, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Lead CMMC/NIST 800-171 compliance programs end-to-end.
• Manage ERP updates, integrations, and data governance across NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Oversee MSP relationships, security operations, and incident response.
