Job description

Title:
IT .NET Development Engineer
Location:
Charlotte, NC- Hybrid
Duration:
6+ month contract
Compensation:
$48/hr - $55/hr
Work Requirements:
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
  • The Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Developer III) is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable software solutions for our Sales, Service, and Distribution functions. This role requires deep expertise across the full Microsoft .NET stack (front-end, back-end, ETL) within an Agile framework. The Senior Developer III will act as a technical leader, mentor, and innovator, driving best practices, ensuring code quality, and significantly contributing to architectural integrity and IT initiative success.
Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, configuration, and testing of complex applications and processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes with SQL Server, SSIS, and Snowflake for efficient data integration.
  • Write code in lower-level (C-Sharp, .Net) programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization's IT platform, infrastructure.
  • Drive adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure coding principles.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and optimal performance.
  • Actively contribute to architectural designs, influencing technical decisions and strategic alignment.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies to ensure team collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Participate in rotational on-call support and maintenance activities for system stability.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems and code for knowledge transfer and audits.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ETL experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
  • 5+ years of progressive Full Stack .NET Development experience, including Blazor, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • 5+ years of MS Azure Environment Development experience, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines.
  • 5+ years of proven Agile Delivery experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • 3+ years of SDLC and CI/CD experience (tools, frameworks, best practices).
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership: coaching junior team members, driving code quality, performing code reviews, and architectural contributions.
  • Experience with Azure API Management.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex environments.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
