The IT Developer will be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from gathering requirements through delivery of a middleware solution to on‑going maintenance and enhancement. This role includes designing interfaces with internal and external systems, working closely with clients to communicate and explain interface designs, and reviewing, analyzing, and modifying interfaces. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, and installing middleware applications to support the organization’s architecture and standards.
Define components for design and development and identify required skills/resources.
Participate as needed in the development and implementation of middleware software based on approved designs. Write new programs or modify existing applications as required, following established design, coding, and testing standards.
Review test plans, test files, and scripts for unit and integration testing. Work with users to validate system testing and ensure conformity with functional requirements.
Follow change management and implementation procedures, prepare appropriate technical and functional documentation, and coordinate the implementation process.
Provide guidance on technical troubleshooting and coordinate support with vendors and internal support teams, offering assistance to new applications during and after implementation.
