Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to lead deployments across new and existing locations. You will install POS systems, networks, payment kiosks, and related hardware, ensuring operational readiness. You will also provide advanced technical support and coordinate with cross-department teams.

The role requires on-site presence with up to high travel and relocation support if moving to preferred areas in TX, OH. Reports to IT Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or 5+ years IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and POS systems.
• Experience with IT hardware/software and certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT deployments across sites.
• Install and configure POS devices, network equipment, and peripherals.
• Provide advanced technical support and document deployments.
