Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to install and support systems across our locations. You will lead hands-on deployments, troubleshoot site technology, and collaborate with Operations and vendors to keep locations running smoothly.

The role requires five years in IT operations, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 85%. You’ll work in office and active car wash environments, with ITIL/CompTIA certifications a plus.

IT Deployment Specialist

Keep our technology ready for what comes next. We’re looking for an IT Deployment Specialist to install and support the systems that keep our locations running, lead hands‑on deployments, and solve technical challenges across our growing portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute IT deployments, upgrades, and migrations at new and existing locations.
• Install, configure, and test POS systems, including DRB and IC, payment kiosks, network devices, and related hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot networks, tunnel controllers, ground loops, cameras, phones, wireless systems, and other site technology.
• Provide advanced support for the IT Support team, respond to site equipment failures, and participate in the support call queue when not in the field.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors; document completed work and provide training and post-deployment support.

What You’ll Bring

• Five years of IT operations experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, POS systems, IT hardware and software, control systems, low-voltage systems, and cameras.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage technical projects and work semi‑autonomously.
• Clear communication, effective documentation, and the ability to explain technical issues to a range of audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 85% and work in office and active car wash environments, including occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds. ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
