Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to install and support systems that keep locations running. You will lead hands-on deployments and tackle technical challenges across a growing portfolio.

You’ll plan deployments, configure POS systems, and troubleshoot networks while collaborating with Operations and vendors. A bachelor’s degree and IT experience are required, with certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT operations experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, POS systems, IT hardware & software.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and ability to manage technical projects.
• Certifications such as ITIL, A+, Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT deployments, upgrades, and migrations at new and existing locations.
• Install, configure, and test POS systems, payment kiosks, network devices, and related hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot networks, tunnel controllers, cameras, phones, wireless systems, and site tech.
• Provide advanced support for the IT Support team and participate in the support queue when in the field.
• Partner with Operations and vendors; document work and provide training and post-deployment support.

Keep our technology ready for what comes next. We’re looking for an IT Deployment Specialist to install and support the systems that keep our locations running, lead hands‑on deployments, and solve technical challenges across our growing portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute IT deployments, upgrades, and migrations at new and existing locations.
• Install, configure, and test POS systems, including DRB and IC, payment kiosks, network devices, and related hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot networks, tunnel controllers, ground loops, cameras, phones, wireless systems, and other site technology.
• Provide advanced support for the IT Support team, respond to site equipment failures, and participate in the support call queue when not in the field.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors; document completed work and provide training and post-deployment support.

What You’ll Bring

• Five years of IT operations experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, POS systems, IT hardware and software, control systems, low-voltage systems, and cameras.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage technical projects and work semi‑autonomously.
• Clear communication, effective documentation, and the ability to explain technical issues to a range of audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 85% and work in office and active car wash environments, including occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds. ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
