Job summary

Bellin Health’s Emplify Health initiative seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ITDS projects from planning through execution in Green Bay, WI. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver on strategic initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–4 years of PM experience, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, and strong relationship-building skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 1-4 years' experience in project management or group facilitation, Preferred
• Project management mastery: Advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). PMP Certification beneficial
• Relationship builder: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-scale IT projects and functional initiatives within the ITDS area, managing priorities and deliverables with confidence.
• Apply advanced project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and on time.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, break work into actionable steps, and drive effective execution.
• Continuously assess project performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders across the enterprise.
