Job summary

Cash Depot in Green Bay, WI seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation through deployment and post‑deployment support. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading technology projects.
• Experience managing software development, infrastructure, cloud, and business application projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and governance.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to requirements.
• Manage scope, changes, and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, providing leadership and direction.
• Facilitate communication between business units, technology teams, vendors, and executives.
• Provide regular status updates, metrics, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles; develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain project documentation, minutes, logs, and records.
• Monitor health, milestones, and deliverables; manage vendor relationships.
• Promote project management best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
