Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across IT in test environments, test data, and testing processes.
• Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Facilitate working sessions and status reviews to drive alignment and progress.
• Monitor tasks, deliverables, risks, issues, and commitments across teams.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for actions and timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify execution risks and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track.
• Create and maintain dashboards, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Document current-state processes and implement future-state solutions.
• Drive standardization, efficiency, and adoption of best practices.
