Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Manager, IT (hands on, Pharmacy Technology, Java, C#, Azure knowledge) to lead a team responsible for developing and implementing IT protocols supporting pharmacy tech initiatives across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SLAs are met while aligning with contracts and budgets, delivering strategic solutions for efficient pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in IT/Analytics OR HS diploma with 7+ years in IT/Analytics.
• Experience establishing relationships at all levels and managing vendor contracts/SLA reviews.
• Experience cross-functionally collaborating across IT and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operational activities to develop and implement tactical IT plans.
• Oversees teams on projects and ensures resources align with plans.
• Acts as SME and escalation point to resolve highly complex problems.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures SLAs are met per contract terms.
• Reviews prioritizations and ensures delivery against SLAs and service levels.
