Job summary

AllSTEM Connections in Columbus, OH seeks a Manager Software Delivery to oversee end-to-end technology delivery in a product-led, agile environment. You will lead software delivery teams, manage plans, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications to meet platform objectives.

You will partner with stakeholders to set roadmaps, de-risk objectives, size work, and sustain high integrity commitments while improving system stability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in delivery software products with 4+ years in management.
• 2+ years hands-on development experience.
• Strongly preferred Agile culture with coaching teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions in a product-led, agile environment.
• Manage execution plans, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish a product delivery roadmap aligned with objectives and engineering standards.
• Coordinate release, regression, deployments and sprint planning.
• Coach and motivate teams toward optimal performance and growth.
• Ensure budgets and staffing align with objectives and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in system stability, security, and performance.
• Foster collaboration across product teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain focus on milestones and outcomes.
• Oversee SOX audits and governing policies as required.
