Job summary

CBH in Philadelphia seeks an IT Business Analyst to act as a liaison between IT and business units, translating data requirements into technical specifications for reporting and analytics. You will define data flows, document processes, and support BI solutions while ensuring data quality.

Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders, developers, data architects and DBAs, and documenting transformation rules to load data into reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer/Information Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics.
• Interest in working in behavioral health; experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document various work processes.
• Develop model reports/templates to support end-user self-service and to improve validity of data collected.
• Analyze reporting requirements to determine if needed data already exists in reporting environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, data architects, database administrators and business analysts in business units as well as both local and enterprise technology units to meet reporting needs of stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality is maintained by identifying data integration errors and working to improve data quality.
• Determine ways to reuse data structures and processes to meet other reporting needs.
• Provide support to data integration developers by documenting rules and procedures required to transform, process and load data into reporting solutions
