Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer/Information Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics required.
• Interest in working in behavioral health is required; experience preferred.
• Experience in MS Office suite, including Excel; relational databases; SQL; data integration tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills; ability to translate business needs to technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and document various work processes.
• Develop model reports/templates to support end-user self-service and data validity.
• Analyze reporting requirements to determine if needed data exists in reporting environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, analysts, data architects, and DB/IT units to meet reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality by identifying data integration errors and improving quality.
• Determine ways to reuse data structures to meet other reporting needs.
• Support data integration developers by documenting rules and procedures to transform, process and load data.
