Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking energetic interns and co-ops to join the BI Analytics team in Carrollton, GA. This summer program focuses on developing, enhancing and maintaining Celonis dashboards, with hands-on data analysis and KPI tracking to support business decisions.

You will work 10–12 weeks as an intern or 16–18 weeks as a co-op, collaborate with IT and business users, and present your project in a leadership expo. Room for growth toward full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university pursuing CS or related.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT and Business users.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Integration and validation of IT (SAP) and OT (Non-SAP) data using Celonis process and data mining capabilities to establish end-to-end visibility across multiple systems and data sources.
• Research on Celonis AI capabilities that can be utilized to generate predictive insights, identify potential anomalies or risks, and support proactive, data-driven decision-making and continuous process optimization.
• Analyzing end-to-end business processes and providing ongoing support for existing Celonis dashboards to ensure they remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Research and evaluate alternative approaches and industry best practices for integrating with SAP S/4 data, including recommended extraction patterns, integration architecture, delta-processing capabilities, performance considerations, and handling of deprecated or compatibility-view tables.
• Documenting requirements, testing enhancements, and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Job Summary/Objective:
The purpose of Southwire’s College Programs is to help early career professionals bring together formal learning and

productive work to improve their ability to transition from school to work. Southwire provides interns and co-ops with

“real world” applications of their academic studies, helpful feedback and coaching, and consideration for employment

after graduation. Each student will have a variety of responsibilities and assigned projects that relate to their field of

study and be responsible for developing a timeline, progress updates, and final delivery in a senior leadership expo.

Note: All new interns and co-ops must begin in the summer rotation.

Long Description

Project Summary

This position is to support the BI Analytics team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining BI Analytics tools, including but not limited to Celonis dashboards. Responsibilities include process mapping, data analysis, KPI tracking, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to BI analytics and visualization tools (Celonis, SAP BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in BI Analytics, AI/ML, SQL
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Location: Hybrid

• On-site Corporate office, Carrollton, GA two (2) days per week; on-site days are flexible, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
