What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within mainframe systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and mainframe systems
- Proficiency in data element mapping and familiarity with mainframe environments
- Knowledge of technical skills including TSO/ISPF, COBOL, and software such as Excel, Visio, and Jira
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret findings
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Proficiency in relational database management systems, such as DB2
- Experience with mainframe automation and scheduling tools
