Job summary

Lutron Electronics seeks a Systems Sales Engineer to join the Commercial Applications team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. You will blend technical design, customer collaboration, and project support to deliver advanced lighting and building technology solutions.

You will partner with sales, IT, and customer teams to design, validate, and communicate scalable systems while developing training on networking and cybersecurity topics for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems/MIS or related field.
• Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in computer systems, programming, OS, networking, and/or databases.
• Willingness to travel ~10% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design, validation, and sales success with IT/engineering and customer teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to resolve customer challenges and remove sales barriers.
• Develop and deliver training on networking and cybersecurity for sales and support teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Continuously build knowledge across IT and building technology domains.
• Champion process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
