We are looking for an IT Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join our team. This varied role combines customer service, sales support, account management, administration, billing and invoicing. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, working closely with our technical and management teams to ensure a professional and seamless customer experience.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Customer Service & Account Management

• Acting as a key point of escalation contact for existing and prospective customers
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to provide additional services or solutions
• Following up customer enquiries, requests, quotes and outstanding actions
• Coordinating with the technical team to ensure customer requests are followed through to completion
• Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service

Sales & Business Development

• Managing incoming sales enquiries and following up leads
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Following up quotes and opportunities with prospective and existing clients
