The American Coatings Association (ACA) has an opportunity available for an Information Technology Coordinator with excellent communication skills and proven experience in the information technology field. The position will provide advanced remote help desk, desk side technical and application support to all ACA staff members. The Information Technology Coordinator will provide advanced application support, training for staff on new and existing applications, and assist to help improve staff skills by performing the following duties: provide support for all desktop applications; minimal server applications support; support of the LAN. This work is performed with minimal supervision, requiring strong hands-on desktop and applications troubleshooting skills and sound judgment. This person must exhibit excellent task and time management skills, oral and written communication skills, technical expertise, and dedication to problem resolution in a timely manner.
This position is located at ACA headquarters in Washington, D.C. and will operate within a hybrid work environment (working both onsite and remotely). Occasional (though infrequent) travel throughout the U.S. will be required to meet with program staff and attend meetings.
This is a full time, regular position. Salary depends on experience, but on estimate can range from $56,000 to $70,000. ACA provides generous benefits [401(k), vacation days, medical, dental, and life insurance] and reimbursement for travel expenses.
