Job summary

Zurich North America seeks an Internal Controls Senior Manager to lead ITGC and operational control testing. You will oversee ServiceNow governance, issue management, and reporting, partnering with IT and business leaders to strengthen controls and enable compliant operations.

You will drive risk-based testing across IT, finance, and process changes, ensuring alignment with the ICIF and supporting external and SOC reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in risk management, IT controls, and assurance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent testing of IT general controls and operational controls.
• Design risk-based testing strategies and oversee remediation of issues.
• Serve as Internal Controls Manager for ServiceNow and reporting.
• Ensure testing aligns with ICIF requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with IT governance, business leaders, and audits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice

CISA or CIA certification
