Job summary

Zurich North America seeks an experienced Internal Controls Senior Manager to join the Risk team at our Schaumburg, IL headquarters. You will lead testing of IT general controls, automated controls, and operational controls, ensuring design and operating effectiveness in line with ICIF.

You will oversee ServiceNow control governance, coordinate with Internal/External Audit, mentor the team, and drive control improvements during enterprise transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Accounting/Finance or 9+ with HS Diploma.
• Knowledge of ICIF and internal controls testing practices.
• Experience with GL, financial reporting systems, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent testing of IT general, automated, and operational controls for design and operating effectiveness.
• Design risk-based testing strategies and drive remediation of deficiencies.
• Serve as Internal Control Manager for ServiceNow; oversee governance, issue management and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT Governance, External Audit, Group Audit and Internal Controls leadership; ensure adherence to ICIF.
