Job summary

YHB is seeking a Risk Advisory Services Intern for Summer 2027 in Richmond, VA. The role supports IT controls testing and works with Supervisors and Managers across the audit department to execute test plans.

You'll prepare request lists using our cloud-based SaaS tool, perform substantive testing, and collaborate with other interns on a group project presented at the end of the internship. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans ensuring the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls.
• Prepare request lists using our cloud-based SaaS tool.

• Perform substantive testing procedures.
• Ensuring evidence collected meets the testing requirement.
• Electronic filing and review documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other interns in a group project that will be presented at the end of the internship.
