The role focuses on Sarbanes-Oxley and NERC CIP compliance, control documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• 10+ years in IT controls, IT audit, or related fields preferred.
• Experience leading controls, compliance, audit, or service-management work in a complex tech environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT controls and compliance programs across GSOC, GTC, and OPC.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; drive remediation and management action plans.
• Develop, document, and maintain IT policies, controls, and procedures.
• Oversee service-management processes: change, incident, knowledge, asset, software license, and vendor management.
• Monitor control performance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
