Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to drive SOX/ITGC compliance, audit readiness, and governance documentation. You will partner with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, and Finance to strengthen controls and risk management within a complex enterprise.

The role requires hands-on execution of compliance projects, policy maintenance, and continuous monitoring of control effectiveness across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SOX, ITGC, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience documenting risk/control matrices and remediation plans.
• Able to coordinate with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of IT compliance strategy and roadmap.
• Operate an enterprise GRC platform; automate risk/control matrices and reports.
• Assist audits and collect evidence for SOX/ITGC testing; track remediation.
• Maintain IT compliance docs, inventories, and control templates.
