Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance to lead SOX and ITGC programs, strengthen controls, and drive enterprise-wide compliance.

This role partners with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and accurate documentation across systems. The successful candidate will design risk-based control frameworks, manage third-party assurance, and oversee data reconciliation efforts, reporting, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT compliance, audit, risk management, or governance.
• Proven SOX and ITGC experience in a complex environment.
• Experience building Risk and Control Matrices, process flows, and control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT compliance strategy and roadmap with a GRC platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, and Finance.
• Support SOX, SOC reporting, audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain IT control inventories and documentation standards.
• Oversee audit readiness activities and remediation tracking.
