Job summary

Liberty Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Contract IT Recruiter in Philadelphia, PA to own full-cycle IT recruiting for priority software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure roles. This focused engagement partners with hiring managers and delivers concrete results within a defined end date.

You will source, screen, and present strong tech candidates, managing the process end-to-end and coordinating interviews and offers in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Proven IT/tech recruiting experience across software, data, cloud, security or infrastructure
• Strong sourcing, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Clear communication with both technical candidates and business hiring managers
• Independent worker with delivery targets on recruiting projects

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify IT role requirements, timelines, and interview processes
• Running intake conversations and setting expectations on market, profiles, and process
• Sourcing and engaging qualified IT candidates through direct outreach, networks, and job boards
• Using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover and attract technical talent
• Screening candidates for technical fit and motivation before presenting shortlists
• Managing the full recruiting cycle from intake to offer support and acceptance
• Scheduling interviews and keeping candidates and stakeholders aligned throughout
• Building and maintaining active pipelines for high-priority tech roles
• Tracking activity and progress against agreed hiring targets and timelines
• Representing the client professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Balancing multiple tech requisitions and hiring managers at once
• Owning delivery on a defined, short-term contract engagement

• Proven experience recruiting for IT / technology roles (software, data, cloud, security, or infrastructure)
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Comfort communicating clearly with both technical candidates and business hiring managers
• Track record of working independently and hitting delivery targets on recruiting projects
• Experience supporting hiring within structured, process-driven organizations
• Background recruiting for digital platforms or enterprise technology environments
• Exposure to regulated industries such as insurance or financial services (a plus)
