Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Cloud Projects (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets) Solution Architect to lead design, configuration, integrations, and data migration for an Oracle Fusion Cloud program in Holtsville, NY.

This hands-on techno‑functional role requires translating business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall Oracle Applications experience.
• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience focused on PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets.
• Prior experience with Oracle EBS Projects, Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, or Capital Projects.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong client‑facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Lead solution design and configuration across Oracle Fusion PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets.
• Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to align processes with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE).
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and conversion from legacy systems.
• Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and UCM.
• Create and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports for business reporting needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, scripts, and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Produce solution design documents, functional specifications, and integration documentation.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and implementation.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Cloud Projects (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets) Solution Architect to lead solution design, configuration, integrations, and data migration initiatives within Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a hands‑on techno‑functional role responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets, and integration technologies, along with a strong background in Oracle EBS Projects and Financials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and configuration across Oracle Fusion PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets.

Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to align business processes with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to deliver reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE).

Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and conversion from legacy systems.

Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and UCM.

Create and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support business reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of overall Oracle Applications experience.

Prior experience with Oracle EBS Projects, Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, or Capital Projects.

Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or transformation programs.

Strong client‑facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.83/hour - $77.86/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
