Qualifications

• Tech expert skilled in OS, networking, hardware, and software.
• Excellent communicator who can explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus: Epicor/ERP knowledge or Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the tech hero for clients by troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.
• Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud).
• Maintain client networks, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with Level 1 staff and escalate to Level 3 when needed.
• Ensure backups and disaster recovery are in place.
• Provide updates to clients to keep them informed.
• Partner with vendors when resolving challenging issues.
