Responsibilities

• Serve as the tech hero for clients by troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.
• Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud).
• Maintain client networks, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with Level 1 staff and escalate to Level 3 when needed.
• Ensure backups and disaster recovery are in place.
• Provide updates to clients to keep them informed.
• Partner with vendors when resolving challenging issues.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Be the tech hero for clients, troubleshooting and crushing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud—you name it).
• Keep client networks humming—servers, switches, routers, firewalls, the works.
• Slam-dunk client problems with speed and swagger.
• Escalate the tough stuff to Level 3 (soon to be you) or vendors when needed.
• Lock down client backups, disaster recovery like a pro.
• Team up with Level 1 techs and other problem solvers to keep clients stoked.
• Stay in the loop with clients, delivering updates that keep them smiling.
