Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, support, and execute enterprise-wide IT projects.
• Support project plan development and monitor budgets and scope.
• Manage the Project Management Life Cycle from beginning to end.
• Communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
• Apply PMI methodologies and PMO guidance.
• Validate business cases and establish project charters.
• Create project charters, analyze business cases, justify resources, and anticipate risks.
• Consult with sponsors regarding directives, scopes, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Represent interests with senior management and validate customer requirements.
