FMX, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an IT & Compliance Manager to lead IT operations and compliance programs. You will manage the IT Specialist, define IT standards, and drive SOC 2 Type II and GovRAMP audits in a player-coach role, combining policy shaping with hands-on leadership.

This hybrid role involves onsite days at our Grandview Heights HQ and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, HR, and Sales.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT compliance.
• At least 1 year in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Azure/Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience coordinating third-party compliance audits (SOC 2 Type II).

Aufgaben

• Directly manage IT Specialist including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Define and enforce IT standards, policies, and runbooks.
• Lead SOC 2 and GovRAMP audits from scoping to remediation.
• Oversee endpoint management, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with CTO on long-term IT strategy and security posture.
