Job summary

FMX is seeking an IT & Compliance Manager to lead IT operations from our Grandview Heights HQ. You will oversee the IT Specialist, set organization-wide IT standards, and drive SOC 2 Type II and GovRAMP audits with hands-on leadership.

This player-coach role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and incident response skills, collaborating with the CTO to enhance our security posture; hybrid work supported, with on-site days at HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT compliance.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of developing technical staff and leading audits.
• Strong experience with Windows, AD, and Azure/M365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the IT Specialist, including hiring and coaching.
• Set IT standards, policies, and runbooks across the organization.
• Own SOC 2 Type II and GovRAMP audits from scoping to remediation.
• Maintain compliance evidence collection and audit calendars.
• Partner with CTO on long-term IT strategy and security posture.
• Oversee endpoint management, licensing, and vendor relations.
• Deliver a smooth IT onboarding/offboarding and service to employees.
