Job summary

Career Personnel is hiring an IT & Compliance Manager in New York to oversee all IT operations, manage cybersecurity initiatives, and ensure compliance across a 13-rooftop automotive dealership group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and cybersecurity, with at least 5 years of experience and a preference for automotive dealership experience. The role includes managing multi-site technology environments and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements and information security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all IT infrastructure and systems across multiple dealership locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding information security.
• Develop and deliver employee training programs related to cybersecurity and compliance.
