Agency Cybersecurity is seeking a part-time IT, compliance, and customer service representative to provide basic IT support, assist with compliance tasks, and handle routine customer service needs in person at our NYC office. Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: 100% in person
Available shifts: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–6:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to provide basic IT support, assist with compliance tasks, and handle routine customer service needs. This role also provides backup support to our team and is a great fit for a college student seeking part-time work.

If you love using AI tools to solve problems, learn new skills, and make everyday work more efficient, you’ll be a great fit for this role.
