Agency Cybersecurity in New York is seeking an IT, Compliance, and Customer Service Representative for part-time hours. You will troubleshoot basic IT issues, assist with compliance tasks, and handle routine customer service.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, $18 per hour, in-person, with shifts Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–6:00 PM. It may become full-time in the future, making it ideal for students seeking flexible, professional experience.

Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: 100% in person
Available shifts: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–6:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to provide basic IT support, assist with compliance tasks, and handle routine customer service needs. This role also provides backup support to our team and is a great fit for a college student seeking part-time work.
