Job summary

Sanmina invites recent graduates to join the Information Technology & Manufacturing Graduate Program, a six-to-eight-month on-site rotation across manufacturing processes and IT disciplines at the Huntsville plant. Participants gain hands-on experience in materials, supply chain, quality, product engineering, and shop floor roles, while being mentored and prepared to apply for open IT positions within the company.

No prior experience required and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (information or technical degree preferred; other degrees considered).
• Recent graduate within one year of graduation date.
• U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract requirements.
• No prior experience necessary.

Job Purpose

The Sanmina Information Technology & Manufacturing Graduate Program provides recent graduates with broad insight into a large company’s operations and the roles that drive success. Participants rotate across various manufacturing processes and IT disciplines over 6‑8 months, gaining experience in materials, supply chain, quality, product engineering, shop floor and other IT and manufacturing roles. The program is on‑site at the Huntsville plant; upon completion, graduates may apply for open positions within IT.
