Job Purpose

The Sanmina Information Technology & Manufacturing Graduate Program provides recent graduates with broad insight into a large company’s operations and the roles that drive success. Participants rotate across various manufacturing processes and IT disciplines over 6‑8 months, gaining experience in materials, supply chain, quality, product engineering, shop floor and other IT and manufacturing roles. The program is on‑site at the Huntsville plant; upon completion, graduates may apply for open positions within IT.

Nature of Duties and Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience across multiple business roles
• Exposure to various IT disciplines
• IT mentor assignment
• Work within a manufacturing environment
• Communicate effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams
• Maintain strong attention to detail and process‑oriented skills
• Apply strong interpersonal skills in an operational setting
• Produce excellent oral and written communication

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (information or technical degree preferred; other degrees considered)
• Recent graduate within one year of graduation date
• U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract requirements
• No prior experience necessary
