Position Title:

• Working independently, manages all aspects of a program from inception through final delivery of product. Resolves problems, escalating as necessary, and makes recommendations and occasional decisions regarding pricing, schedules, commit dates, etc.
• Program management also emphasizes the coordinating and prioritizing of resources, managing links between the program and the overall costs and risks of the program.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Responsible for all program aspects and ensures program‑related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract.
• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and cultivate relationships that establish SCI’s consultative approach and promote its total solution capabilities within customers’ and potential customer’s organizations.
• Understand Sanmina and SCI Technology, Inc. offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina‑SCI products or services.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years program/project management experience.
• Strong program management experience.
• The ideal candidate will have a “hands on” program management experience with highly technical, detailed programs requiring stringent reporting requirements.
• Strong business acumen developed through a combination of education and experience.
• Should be able to demonstrate relationship building skills and be comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Solid negotiation skills are required for interaction with both customers and internal stake holders.
• Ability to be persuasive, while at the same time providing a win/win flavor to all dealings.
