Responsibilities

• Provide exposure to IT in Networking and Infrastructure, Customer Support and Experience, Application Development and BIM.
• Assist with all aspects of Help Desk support from Level 1 to higher level issues.
• Learn networking basics including routing, switching, firewall rules and cybersecurity.
• Support BIM initiatives and understand the intersection of technology and business processes.
