Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, IN is seeking an enthusiastic IT Fall Co-Op to support the IT team. The student will assist with day-to-day end-user issues, hardware, software, network, and other IT tasks, collaborating on projects and gaining hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical IT environment.

Projects include Telephony Review, Wireless Upgrade, Reliability and Redundancy, and general IT production support; candidates pursue BS or MS in IT/CS/Cybersecurity and have programming

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong networking, database, and programming skills (Python, Java, SQL).
• Experience with troubleshooting IT issues for technical and non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day end user IT issues (hardware, software, network).
• Collaborate with IT on tasks and projects.
• Assist in maintaining and supporting IT technologies across the organization.
• Work on Telephony Review, Wireless Upgrade, and Reliability projects.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 user and production IT support.
